TOURNAMENT HOUSE DYNAMIC AND CHALLENGING GROUP FITNESS
There are programs for all levels -- the beginner through the experienced athlete. We offer relaxing stress management classes, as well as challenging aerobic workouts. Group fitness classes include Indoor Cycling, Power Pump, Senior Fitness, Total Body, Step/Sculpt/Abs, Fat Blaster, Step Aerobics and Yoga. We also offer Self Defence and Fencing for all ages (see tab on the left).
Steve Mitchell Teaches Cycling Wednesday @ 5pm followed by a 15 minute ab class - you gotta be crazy!
