There are programs for all levels — the beginner through the experienced athlete. We offer relaxing stress management classes, as well as challenging aerobic workouts. Group fitness classes include Power Pump, Senior Fitness, Total Body, Step/Sculpt/Abs, Fat Blaster, Step Aerobics and Yoga. We also offer Self Defense and Fencing for all ages.

SUGGESTED FITNESS LEVEL KEY:
SRS – Seniors (age 55+)
B – Beginners I – Intermediate
A – Advanced L – Limitations
