My name is Maria Gil, I am a certified Personal Trainer through the AFAA, and have over fifteen years of experience.
I have many other certifications including in Bosu, Medicine Ball, Stretching, CPR/First Aid and Bariatric (Bypass surgery patients).
I work closely with my clients to achieve their health and fitness goals whatever they may be. These goals typically include, weight loss, improving strength, and conditioning. To help you achieve them I will work with you one and one and also implement a rigorous fitness plan, which I combine with motivation techniques and dietary advice to achieve maximum results.
