I
t is not a very complicated process to build muscle mass with a great muscle building combination. In terms of your exercise routine, the intensity of your workout is much more important than the volume of exercise you do. You don’t want to lose weight or gain weight, your goal is to increase the muscle mass of your body and for this purpose the intensity of your workout must be monitored. This goes on to day that you must train hard and short.

Child Care Hours:

Monday - Friday

8:00 – 12:00 noon

Monday - Thursday 4:00pm -8:00pm 
Saturday 8:30am - noon

 

Security Guard -We have a security guard on duty Monday thru Friday 5-9 PM.  If you need an escort to you car please inquire at the front desk.  T-House members may park in both buildings parking lots Monday - Friday after 4:30PM and all day on weekends.

 

Think outside the box.  Learn something new at the gym.  Have you always wanted to try weight-lifting?  To play a game of racquetball? Take a fitness Class. Ask at the front desk for information about how to get started.

Weight Training Tip
If you like to do the bench press, squats, overhead press, and dead lift try a 5x5 routine to build muscle fast.

MMA VALE TUDO NEWS
New class schedule.  Tournament House MMA fighters have won two recent  competitions. Our fighters took 11/13 matches. Congratulations to all practitioners, their families, and friends for their support. We now have a cage and extra space.

 

 

 

 

Group Fitness/Class schedule
Try some of our many group fitness classes.  Join our awesome classes.  Class for all levels. Try one of our challenging on going fitness classes.

New Power pump class.  Thursday at 4:30 and 5:30 taught by Julie an or Miklyn.
New group training:  

Jesse Cross-fitness.  This indoor high intensity workout is designed for all ages. It involves a total body workout. Aerobic and Anaerobic. Get a strong and fit body. Monday and Wednesday mornings at 5:45AM.

Latin and Ballroom Dance Classes:  Valentine Bachvarov an accomplished world class dance instructor. Come and enjoy the world of ballroom and Latin dancing. Beginning with the Cha Cha and every Tuesday from 7:15-8:15PM.  Salsa from 8:15-9:15PM.  Personal lessons offered call 347-612-0162.  

KETTLEBALL is a power, endurance, strength, flexibility, stability, and mobility workout.  The kettleball will strengthen your core.  It is not for the faint of heart.  Tuesdays at 6:15 PM Thursdays at 7:30PM $10.00 per class pr $60.00 for session of eight classes. New Total Body Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00pm-6:15pm with Miklyn.  A high intensity workout emphasizing cardio and strength. The class includes weights and abs. 

 


Yoga on Saturday Morning
Every Saturday we have a Yoga class at 10:00am with Lauren as the instructor.

 

MMA- VALE TUDO CLASSES 
It started in the streets of Brazil .
It is a Martial Art, where you use everything against your opponent.

 

Learn strikes, throws, takedowns, grappling, wrestling, & submission. 
It is what UFC is today!
