There are programs for all levels — the beginner through the experienced athlete.  We offer relaxing stress management classes, as well as challenging aerobic workouts.  Group fitness classes include Indoor Cycling, Power Pump, Senior Fitness, Total Body, Step/Sculpt/Abs, Fat Blaster, Step Aerobics and Yoga.  We also offer Self Defense and Fencing for all ages (see tab on the left).

Attention Members:  Check out our new Cross Circuit classes on Mondays and Thursdays. Do you like Boot Camp, Spin, and Step, but don’t have all day? This is the class for you — ALL IN ONE! This Cross Circuit class will leave your heart pounding and begging for more. Four minute stations keep the class exciting and over before you know it!

Senior Fitness Program


SENIOR FITNESS is a complete exercise class just for seniors.  The 60 minute class includes warm-up, stretching, and a fun low impact aerobic routine, followed by resistance exercises to improve strength and endurance.

 

SENIOR POWER is more challenging and advanced version of the Senior Fitness Class.  Mats and balance balls are incorporated into this 60 minute class for a fun and complete workout.

YOGA is a unique class. Stretches are based on traditional yoga poses.  A 60 minute gentle Yoga class.  Experience the benefits!   Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
