We offer relaxing stress management classes, as well as challenging aerobic workouts. Group fitness classes include Power Pump, Senior Fitness, Total Body, Step/Sculpt/Abs, Fat Blaster, Step Aerobics and Yoga. We also offer Self Defense and Fencing for all ages.

Senior Fitness Program
SENIOR FITNESS is a complete exercise class just for seniors. The 60 minute class includes warm-up, stretching, and a fun low impact aerobic routine, followed by resistance exercises to improve strength and endurance.
