SENIOR
FITNESS is a complete exercise class just for seniors. The 60
minute class includes warm-up, stretching, and a fun low impact
aerobic routine, followed by resistance exercises to improve
strength and endurance.
SENIOR POWER is more challenging and advanced version of the Senior
Fitness Class. Mats and balance balls are incorporated into
this 60 minute class for a fun and complete workout.
YOGA is a unique class. Stretches are based on traditional yoga
poses. A 60 minute gentle Yoga class. Experience the
benefits! Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
