The Easter Effect!!!

A few days of overindulgence to celebrate Easter can make it difficult to get back on track at the gym and continue the journey to a healthier you. Here are a few tips to help get you re-started:

1.Get rid of any extra chocolate – Better it go to waste, than to your waist.

2.Don’t weigh yourself for a week – The results of overindulgence can be discouraging. Instead, jump right back into exercise and healthy eating and soon, you’ll never no you overindulged.

3.Don’t Skip Meals – You body still needs healthy fuel to function properly. Skipping meals often leads to cravings and poor food choices.

4. Keep a Diary – Keep yourself accountable by writing down everything you eat. This will instantly make you more mindful of your choices and help lead to better decisions.
